Directions

Preheat Oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
For the streusel: Cut butter into pea sized pieces.
Mix 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 a teaspoon of salt, 1/3 cup sugar, ground cinnamon and cold butter with fingertips. Until mix has been incorporated in butter.
For the Muffins: Mix vegetable oil, egg and 3/4 cups sugar. Stir well then add milk.
Using a sieve, sift 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 a teaspoon salt and baking powder into mixture. Stir until just combined.
Add in fresh blueberries. If using frozen blueberries, do not defrost and use directly.
Fill muffin cups with muffin batter till 3/4 full then sprinkle streusel mix over.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 18-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
