Chicken Breasts
, boneless, skinless, washed and dried and cut lengthwise
Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Butter
Lemon Juice
, of 1 lemon
1/4

Sharp Cheddar Cheese
, shredded

Bell Pepper

Baby Spinach Leaves
Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise. Place in slightly oiled baking tray.
Season the pieces of chicken with butter, soy sauce, black pepper, Italian herbs and garlic powder. Lemon juice to taste.
Place some spinach leaves and shredded cheese down the center followed by bell pepper. Carefully roll each piece of chicken as tightly as possible and place seam side down.
Place into the oven and bake 25-30 minutes. Let the meat rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy.
