Red Bell Pepper

Yellow Bell Pepper
, sliced

Scallions
, sliced

Parsley
, roughly chopped

Avocado
, sliced or diced
Black Sesame Seeds
, or Almonds, to garnish

Mango
, peeled and seed removed

Apple Cider Vinegar

tablespoons
Water

Garlic

Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

Start with mango dressing by adding garlic, water, vinegar and red pepper flakes to bowl. Mash the mango. Set aside to let the flavors develop.
Add salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss. Serve in individual dishes, top with diced avocado and spicy mango dressing. Sprinkle black sesame seeds & roasted almonds over top.
