All you really need to make this tasty salad are four large cucumbers, onions and some seasonings. Chill the salad for about half a day so that all of the cucumber juices absorb the apple cider and the honey. The longer you keep in the fridge, the better it tastes.

Ingredients

2
tablespoons
Honey
3
tablepoons
White or Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4
cup
Water
1/2
teaspoon
Salt
4
Large Cucumbers
, peeled and very thinly sliced
1
tablespoons
Fresh Dill Weed
, chopped

Directions

Grate the cucumbers into a large bowl and set aside.
For the dressing: In a medium mixing bowl, mix honey, apple cider vinegar and water. Stir the mixture until the honey is blended.
Pour the dressing into the cucumber mixture and mix well. Add in dill and season with salt. Chill the salad in the fridge for half a day. The longer it sits, the better the cucumber flavour will be. Serve at room temperature, or chilled.
Note: If the dressing is too tart, add more sugar. One tablespoon at a time till it's neither too sweet nor sour. If you want the dressing to be more tart, add more vinegar.
