Simply just blend all the ingredients into a creamy sauce, mix the eggs, flour and the most important red colouring to get your batter ready! Once it’s ready, scoop the batter into the pan and let it cook. Top the pancakes with velvety cream cheese sauce for a saccharine experience.

Directions

Add lemon juice to milk and let it sit for 10 minutes.
For cream cheese butter: Beat cream cheese, butter, and icing sugar together. Add milk until consistency is achieved.
Sift all dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt) together.
Whisk all liquid ingredients (buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, sugar, red food colouring) together.
Then stir in the dry ingredients.
Heat up pan on low heat and season pan with butter.
Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, pour batter onto hot pan and cook.
