How To Make Sea Coconut Dessert

In this video, Chef Shih Erh is going to show you how to make refreshing sea coconut dessert.

This is one of the best desserts to cool ourselves down in this hot and humid weather.

Ingredients A:

2 litres Water
1 cup fresh Ginko Nuts
3 Sea Coconut (thinly slice)
1/4 cup Candied Melon

Ingredients B:

Rock sugar / cane sugar to taste

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients A into a pot, bring to boil.

2. Simmer for 1 hour

3. Add rock sugar or cane sugar to taste

*Relieves cough, soothes throat, remove heatiness
