The key to this recipe is the nutty chilli dip. The combination of Thai red chilli, peanut butter and fish sauce makes the spring rolls ‘fingers licking good’. Stir in sesame seeds, coriander stems and red chillis for a more intense flavour.

Directions

For the spring roll: Pre-heat oil to 190 degree Celcius.
Deep fry spring rolls for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden brown (do not defrost the spring rolls).
For the nutty chilli dip: Mix Thai chilli sauce, peanut butter, lime juice and fish sauce in a blender.
Fold in coriander stem, diced chilli and black sesame seed.
Serve with deep fried FairPrice Spring Rolls.
