Citrusy White Chocolate Fondue

Let your kids dip their fruits into some white chocolate for a sweet treat that will see them eat the whole plate.

Added orange zest gives this sweet fondue a taste that is fresh and fruity. Try dipping in cookies for extra fun!

Feel free to use the fruits you like or even little Dutch waffles or cookies.

White Chocolate
250
millilitres
Whipped Cream
1/2
teaspoon
Citrus Zest
, packaged one or from an organic and well washed orange or lemon/lime
Mixed Fruits
, cut into bite sized pieces
Satay Sticks

Directions

Melt 250 grams of white chocolate and 250 millilitres of whipped cream in a sauce pan.
Stir until it has melted before transferring to a fondue pot.
Add a little bit of citrus zest to give it a twist.
Arrange with fruits and satay sticks on the side.
