Directions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease 6 large or 12 small muffin tins.
Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder into a large bowl. Throw in pineapple chunks, ham and cheese and stir.
In a separate bowl, whisk oil, milk and eggs together using a fork before combining the mix with the dry ingredients mentioned in step 2.
Fill mixture into muffin tins.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let muffins cool on wire rack completely before serving.
