Directions

Combine orange juice, ginger, sesame oil and light soy sauce in a small bowl to make a marinade.
Pour marinade over chicken and marinate it well. Set it aside for 1 hour.
Transfer chicken to a separate baking dish, skin side up.
Bake chicken at 180 degree Celcius for 20 minutes until it is cooked.
Meanwhile, reduce marinade from the original plate by boiling it in a pan over low heat to form a glaze.
Glaze cooked chicken with sauce and serve with steamed white rice.
