Using a wholemeal tortilla wrap instead of pizza dough saves you time and gives this dish a crunchy crust.

This recipe is perfect for getting your kids to top their own individual pizza. This way, there won't be any leftovers, just happy faces at the dinner table.

Tortilla Wraps
, preferably wholemeal

Pasta Sauce

Frozen Mixed Vegetables
, thawed

Parmesan Cheese

Pepperoni
, sliced

Directions

Place two tortilla wraps on a baking sheet.
Prepare all the ingredients that will serve as toppings for the pizza on the table.
Spread pasta sauce evenly across the tortilla wrap. Add salt if needed.
Add your desired toppings generously in no specific order. Top off with cheese.
Place wrap on baking sheet in a preheated oven until cheese has melted and tortilla is crisp. Repeat with the two remaining wraps.
