Directions

Sift flour together with salt and baking powder. Set aside.
Add spinach, sun dried tomatoes and cheddar to the flour mixture and stir.
Whisk milk, butter, and egg together until combined. Pour it into the flour mixture and stir until combined.
Spoon into a greased muffin tray and top off with extra shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes or until cooked.
