Directions

In a large mixing bowl, weigh out cake flour and Milo powder. Add baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Use a whisk and mix it thoroughly.
Mix the egg in and add buttermilk into the dry mixture. Use a whisk to mix it well till there are no lumps and the mixture is smooth.
Heat up a non-stick pan at medium low heat. Ladle about 2 tablespoons worth of batter on the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes till little bubble start to form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Repeat till the batter is used up.
Layer on the smaller pancake for the nose.
Decorate the bear with melted chocolate for the eyes, nose and mouth.
Plate with yoghurt and berries.
