Instead of just using boiled eggs, this tempura-like street food can give that extra crunch to a bowl of arroz caldo.

Instant Arroz Caldo (Congee)
Kwek-kwek (Tempura Fried Hard-boiled Eggs)
Chopped green onions
Chili flakes
Crunchy garlic

Directions

Prepare instant arroz caldo as directed on the packet.
Add sliced kwek-kwek, chopped green onions and crunchy garlic and chili flakes on top.
Serve in bowl.
