Directions

Preheat oven to 175°c
Cream butter and castor sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla essence and beat for 30 seconds.
Sieve self-raising flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into the same mixing bowl and mix well.
Combine white chocolate, chocolate chips, cornflakes and almonds to form a dough.
Spoon mixture on a greased baking tray.
Bake cookies at 175°c for 15 minutes until golden brown.
