Chocolate Cupcake with Ganache

Ganache is an amazing and delicious chocolate concoction that can make any dessert even sweeter. Double up on the choco dosage by piping this ganache on top of chocolate cupcakes.

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add milk.
Add the vanilla, oil and eggs and fill cupcake trays with liners. Fill up the liners up to 3/4 full and bake at 175 degree Celcius for 18-20 minutes.
Prepare the ganache by melting the dark chocolate inside the microwave oven for 20 seconds. Continue process until chocolate is smooth.
Fold in all purpose cream and leave to cool in room temperature.
Pipe the stable ganache on top of the cooled cupcake. Decorate with roasted cacao nibs or chocolate sprinkles.
