Add the agar agar powder and coconut water in a pot.
Heat up the pot and bring to a boil. Stir and ensure that the agar agar powder has melted completely.
Add sugar if you would like your dessert sweeter.
Once it starts to boil, turn off the heat and continue to whisk until most of the bubbles are gone.
Pour a thin layer of the agar agar mixture into your preferred mould or mini moulds. Add in fresh coconut flesh. Let it set for a while.
Top it with more agar agar mixture enough to cover the meat. Allow to set and cool.
Add coconut milk to the remaining agar agar mixture in the pot.
Stir well. Turn off the heat when it almost boils.
Gently add the coconut milk mixture to the fresh coconut agar agar mould until full.
After the mixture has cooled, keep the agar agar in the fridge. Chill until it is ready to be served.
