Instant noodles are put to good use with this delicious recipe for ramen which is, quite simply, a chicken stir-fry encrusted with crispy instant noodles. Yum!
Preheat oven to 200°c with just the top heat.
Bring a pot of water and packet seasoning to boil and cook your instant noodles until just cooked for about 2 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
Heat a shallow pan and add oil and onions.
Stir until the onions have become transparent, then add the garlic and continue to sauté until brown.
Add the ground chicken, Worcestershire sauce, light soy sauce, chilli oil, mixed vegetables and pepper.
Give it a quick stir fry and transfer into a casserole or baking dish.
Top the stir fry with the instant noodles, spread evenly to cover the entire surface and put in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
