Fish Sauce

LKK Scallop Oyster Sauce

Mango
, diced
100g
Corn Flour
, for coating fish
30g
Shallot chopped

mililitres
Lemon Juice
30g
Garlic chopped

mililitres
Water

Oil
, Knife Bran

Chili
1 stalk
Spring Onion

Directions

Dust the grouper slices lightly with corn flour.
Deep fry the fish till crispy as desired and set it aside.
Add some oil into a separate pan and sauté chopped garlic and shallots till fragrant.
Add water, fish sauce, lemon juice, thai chilli sauce, plum sauce, lemon sauce and LKK oyster sauce. Cook till soft boil.
Add sliced chili, chopped spring onions, mango, and mix well.
Lastly, add the fried fish to the pan and combine well.
Garnish with coriander and it’s ready to serve.
