  • Pot for boiling noodles and french beans
  • Strainer
  • Small Scissors
  • Plate for serving
  • Small Bowl for serving
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Ingredients

White Soba Noodles or Thin Udon
1
packet
French Beans
1
packet
Spring Onion
, chopped
1
sheet
Japanese Seaweed
1
cup
Japanese Soba Sauce

Directions

Fill the pot with water and bring it to a boil. Cook the soba noodles then strain it and set aside.
Prepare the French beans, trim the French beans then blanch and strain it.
Arrange the soba noodles on the plate in the shape of a panda.
Slice the French beans diagonally to make them look like bamboo leaves.
Arrange the French beans on the plate.
Cut the sushi seaweed for the details and assemble them on the panda face.
Serve the noodles with soba dipping sauce.
