Directions

Blend onions, lemongrass, dried chillies, ginger,galangal, garlic and water.
Fry the blended ingredients until fragrant in a large pot.
Add meat curry powder, coconut milk, canola oil, desiccated coconut, molasses sugar, water, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, salt to taste and mix well.
Add beef into pot and stir well. Allow it to simmer till gravy thickens.
Serve hot. You may also wish to serve it with some white jasmine rice.
