Directions

Combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Add lamb chops into the bag and massage it to evenly coat them with the spice mixture.
Let the meat marinate at room temperature while heating up the grill.
Heat the grill to high. Remove lamb chops from bag and season them with salt before grilling for 2 to 3 minutes a side or until browned at the edges. Cook to your desired degree of doneness.
Combine Greek yogurt, mint and salt for the dipping. Serve it with the lamb chops.
Grill some zucchini and eggplants to go with it.
