Immerse the tofu stuffed squids in rich and creamy coconut milk for more flavours. We are sure your guests will love it!

Ingredients

Large Onions

cloves of garlic

Red Chillies

large squids

packet of FairPrice Silken Tofu
,
200ml
FairPrice Natural Coconut Cream
1
cube seasoning
1
packet of bamboo shoot

Directions

Mash tofu and stuff the tofu in the cleaned squid.
Blend onions, garlic and chilies into a paste.
Sauté the blended paste without oil.
Once fragrant, add in coconut cream.
Add in bamboo shoot, squid, sliced chillies and seasoning.
Let it simmer and serve.
