Directions

Season prawns with salt, sugar and corn starch. Mix Well.
Blanch seasoned prawns for about 1min and set aside.
Shred green zucchini into thin strips using a mandoline and fry them in a hot frying pan with butter and oil for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, and then set aside.
Add cooking oil in wok, fry ginger till fragrant then add in prawns, sesame oil and toss. Add Chinese wine, soy sauce and stir well. Add cherry tomatoes and stir again.
Place prawns on the zucchini noodles and serve.
