Directions

Brown tahu in a pan with oil. Drain on paper towel.
Add oil to a pan and let it heat up. Add garlic and stir till fragrant.
Add chilli paste, chilli padi, tamarind, hae ko, brown sugar and peanuts. Stir well. Add water and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes
Cut browned tahu into cubes and place on a plate. Top with cucumber, carrots and drizzle peanut sauce.
